Is this for real, or an April Fool's joke? (Congrats to the Buffetts, if it is for real!)

AP also reports that Buffett is playing a free concert in Central Park this summer. There will be a special bus circling the country to pick up the fans. That is also free. Word has it the first 20,000 people through the gates will receive free tickets to all Hawaii shows for the next twenty years and JB will cover the airfare to get you there and back. The concert will feature free beer.

That's just out of line. I can deal with April Fools jokes about Bubba quitting, Fingers coming back, or Jane squeezin' out another kid. However, joking about free beer is just wrong

My April 1 joke...

I posted a JB April Fools joke on my blog last night. As a result, I've been contacted by one institution to please remove the page.

I tried to explain it was a joke, but they were none too happy. Apparently they fielded several calls about the concert this morning.
I'm not sure which is better...that one of the places got mad or that people actually fell for it and called about tickets to a Jimmy Buffett concert that never existed.
If you visit the page, here's a hint -- write down the first letter of every sentence. What does it spell?

Alright now, Jim
That story is utterly ridiculous
There's no way Jimmy would be in NYC Central Park in the summer, when he has
a baby due to be born so soon!! ..... wait a minute

Very good. I think you deserve a gold star for that one.

Unphorunately, some people just don't "get it."

Great joke, my only complaint is that the UD Arena concert isn't real. That is so close to home, but we will be in CHicago on Aug 28, but could have been home in time.
