Attn: Looking for Parrot Heads

my friend and i... both parrot heads are making our annual drive across the country and this year we are driving from minn to california... stops include, KC, denver, vegas, LA, SF... we will be on interstates and are looking for interesting places to stop and visit. preferably with parrot heads. i will then fly back to minny in time for the buffett concert... we leave MN on 5-11. if you got any suggestion or would like to cheer us on (pretend it is a marathon) we would love to meet you parrot heads! thanks a bunch!

Not sure how long you'll be in Vegas...but Margaritaville is a required stop here! I'll PM you my cell number and perhaps we can meet up for some drinks while you're here. If you're going to be in town for any length of time, let me know as well and I'll give you some other suggestions.

If you're coming to Southern California, you might want to take in some of our beaches. If that is the case, I would love to show you some of my favorite spots. I can show you Laguna Beach (which Jimmy sings about in Quietly MN) Huntington Beach, home of the former Golden Bear, where Jimmy used to play a long time ago, my favorites, Newport Beach and Corona del Mar Beach (if you have children). I can also show you Irvine Meadows (Now Verizon, but we don't call it that) that is where Jimmy USUALLY plays when he comes here and where we have SO much fun. But, now...he's playing at the Pond. At least he's playing! There is of course Disneyland and all that stuff. I stay away from there, but if you wanted to see it I'd show it to ya. Just send me a message when you get closer. We can meet up somewhere.
