The Boston Globe has an article that mentions Great Woods has been booked for Deutsche Bank Championship on Labor Day weekend: "TPC parking may see changes in latitudes"

Thanks for the update.. But this got me thinking (Oh NO) The PGA has big money and after last year with the Bus crash and now with the Pats playing the same time.. I have a bad feeling on this. The posting was 9/11 & 12. When I seen it that way I got a chill. You see Sept. but the # gave me a bad feeling.. With all the crap about no tailgating and stuff like that. It felt like a omen to me. At work last night I had the live CD from last year at GW how at the end JB said it was the best parking lot on his tour and he would see us next year!! We all know JB will say that to all his people!! I just have a bad feeling about this because Money talks and the PGA has alot!!! I just hope if JB plays at Fenway I can find someone with season tickets!! And that is a big thing!! Why should a ball team season ticket holder get the first picks like they did for BS!! Oh well just my point of view..

Speaking of Parking
Has anyone considered how much of a hassle it's going to be on Friday, September 10th?
It's a workday in Boston. Normal Friday traffic is miserable enough. Parking will be hard to find, and you'll be sharing it with commuters. Tailgaiting? I don't think so.
JB - go back to GW.

This is from the golf tournament website -
All Spectator Parking:
All spectator parking will be at the Tweeter Center for the Performing Arts in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The Tweeter Center is located conveniently off of Interstate 495. Please click on the directions link in spectator information to get directions from your location. There will be a $10 fee per vehicle to park.
I'm sure if the city council or whoever is in charge shoots down Fenway (please please please) this could change.

My point exactly. It is no different and the Boston weekday traffic is awful. The fact that Sox fans (and I'm one) endure it doesn't make it great or even acceptable. Imagine what it will be like for all those that are not familiar with the Boston street layout (yikes!)
Besides, Sox fans don't normally park and tailgate.
