I can't believe my wife fell for the whole "let's go to the beach in Florida this weekend....um by the way Jimmy Buffett is playing this Thursday" speech but it worked.

hmmmm... happy thoughts.... I'm gonna be in Charlotte Saturday, that's a happy thought! I heard there's still tickets available.....

My happy thoughts...the Charlotte concert^Sat.night!!! AND, I just got lucky and have been GIVEN free tickets to the Raleigh show!!!^^^^^^^^^^^^happy, happy day...my boss understands and will give me the time off to go!!!^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The funny thing is I didn't know I was going to Tampa when I started this thread. Moral of the story - think positive, and good things will happen!

oh yes yes YES, here too !! This gorgeous lily I bought last weekend with one bloom is now a riot of 7 orange explosions, and all my trees have leaves, I got to walk around my new backyard barefoot, I finally have a clothesline in the new yard, WE BOUGHT LUMBER and poured cement !!!

Rented for 13 years, never had a reason to buy lumber, and we were pretty damn'd excited

Mine this week was talking to my 2 1/2 year old grandkeet and her remembering that 2 weeks ago we talked about doggies.........that was the first thing she remembered when we talked on Sunday
