There's this place in downtown Indianapolis . . . makes it great!
Ok, where at?
I am guessing Rhum Chum is talking about St. Elmo's.

If you like the "Island Lime" shrimp try this:
Mix a margarita and waste it as a maranide for the largest shrimp you can find. Let em soak for no more than 8 to 10 minutes, the acidity of the margarita will begin to pre-cook the shrimp. Cook on a hot grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side (cook too long and they get a bit tough) best side dish for a steak you will ever find.
As far as the "Jammin' Jerk", find a bottle of Walkerswood Jerk Paste (or sauce if you crave less heat) and you have the real deal. Just don't overdo the Jerk or you'll never be able to taste shrimp!

It sounds like I may have to go get some of this shrimp. Having grown up in the land of "Bubba Gump" with a family that shrimps, oysters, and runs charter fishing boats, I'm very particular about my seafood and prefer my own or my relatives' recipes over anything frozen. However, being landlocked in Nashville, beggers can't be chosers. Guess I'm going shopping.
