Side view of stage

Post by DeactiveCarib »

Does anyone know if the side view of the stage in the big stadiums, more specifically the one in Ft. Lauderdale, is obstructed in any way?
Thanks :pirate:

I had side stage at Charlotte and it wasn't obstructed at all. I actually kind of enjoyed seeing it from a different angle.

I had a side view in Vegas---and it wasnt bad at all. Sure if you are in one of those weird seats you may have to tilt your head to get rid of the view of the speakers, but other then that they are great

Low profile speakers, no set dressing... no problem.

Side view in Mpls

I had side tix in Minneapolis--next to the stage, 2nd deck. They were obstructed view and pretty much the worst seats I've ever had anywhere! The front screen blocked the view of Jimmy anytime he was at the front mike (except for his right leg!)--which was most of the concert. To make it worse, the side screen was obstructed by a huge light rigging, so we couldn't see that screen much either. Luckily, most of the people in our section got fed up and went elsewhere, so we were able to move down a bit so we could see all of him. And I was 4th in line at the TM outlet the morning the tix went on sale! It was a great concert, once I could actually SEE him!!!

If you go to OfficeDepotCenter.com they let you see where you are sitting and the view you'll have

Side View at Vegas

Not bad, but the sidelights from the stage were in my eyes most of the night. Scored third row center seats the time before, so I am now spoiled for life.
