How to????

I aint very smart,I was raised in a barn....I have a song I put on my media player,I want to post on this site for all of you too listen to,how would I go about it...or can I even?
You would have to upload it to a host site and then post a link. Most free sites like geocities do not allow hotlinking to there files however.
