Both of the indoor shows I've seen (MGM-Vegas & Phillips-Atlanta) were awesome. I still prefer the outdoor shows but would have no problem seeing another one indoors, especially at MGM-Vegas.

You are questioning to go or not?????? Hell, be glad he comes even somewhat close to your town...Man, I would go see him in the Tiajuana sewer pipes, indoors or out...
Not even a question in my book, shows are slowly running out...

Having seen Jimmy perform numerous shows both indoor and outdoor over the last 25 years I would say it depends on the venue, the weather and who you are with!
I saw Jimmy at Park West Ski Resort back in the early 80's (i think) and it was an incredible show because the full moon came up right behind stage and the weather was great. The music was bad at all, although I understand the further up the mountain you went the sound quality dropped off. I've seen other artist there including the Grateful Dead where the show was negatively impacted by the weather. I've seen Jimmy at Jazzfest where the crowd was great, the sound was pretty good but it was hot. I've seen Jimmy at Fiddler's Green a couple of times, had both lawn and assigned seats. The music was good, the crowd never really seems to be into the show the same way there as the indoor crowds.
I've seen Jimmy indoors at the Delta Center, it sucked because of the sound. I saw him at the McNichols arena, the sound was okay, the crowd was good. I've been to every show at the MGM where the sound varies but the crowd is great. I've seen Jimmy indoors at the New Orleans Margaritaville which is a great place to see him. And years ago I saw him perform at the old auditorium on the U of A campus, that was a great show.
As someone else pointed there may not be too many more years of seeing Jimmy performing so I would say GO to any and all the shows that you can.
