1. Being told to "Think Outside the Box" when
I'm in the @#$%? box all day!
2. Not being able to check E-mail attachments
without first seeing who is behind me.
3. Fabric cubicle walls do not offer much protection
from any kind of gunfire.
4. That nagging feeling that if I just press the right
button, I will get a piece of cheese.
5. Lack of roof rafters for the noose.
6. My walls are too close together for my hammock to
work right.
7. Women: Damned near impossible to adjust your bra or
slip without comment.
8. Men: Co-workers tend to stare when you take your
pants off.
9. 23 power cords, 1 outlet.
10. Prison cells are not only bigger, they have beds.
11. When tours come through, I get lots of peanuts
thrown at me.
12. Can't slam the door when you quit and walk out.

13. Although the cubicle fabric tends to absorb some sounds, it's not enough to camoflage the "Tequilla" song blasting through your undersized computer speakers as you stream RM on a Friday afternoon. 8)

Those are the exact reasons why I can't work in a cubicle! :D

I worked for an insurance company and had a cubicle - no sun, sitting all day - not for me.

Then I worked for a psychiatric hospital on a locked unit that had security screens on the windows that needed a key to open.

Sometimes I wonder if I'd rather have a cubicle..... :o

I recently changed jobs, traded the cubicle in for a field service job. Now my office is a Chevy Astro. About the same size as the cubicle, but at least now I have a window and no one complains about what I listen to on the radio. :)

    too funny!

We dont call them cubicles .. - workstations...

I was in one that was large and accomodated my needs well - I had lots of privacy etc etc which I need.

Now I am in a much smaller one - with limited privacy - I spend most of my day in the meeting room locked in there talking to people - might as well just take my computer and phone in there :)

Have a nice roomy Neonatal ICU to roam around in. Windows are up high but work 12 jour night shifts so don't miss much sunshine while at work. Wear my jammies. i mean scrubs (tonight will wear a nice tropical sailfish pattern) and drink coffee (have a grinder and a variety of beans stashed in locker) and hang out in an area that's usually 90% female. Only draw-back is lack of alcohol. . .
