Hey Melli, I've been meaning to catch your attention...I am a '91 graduate of WVU. Spent 5 1/2 lovely years in Mo'town, crawling around Sunnyside etc. We're trying to go back this fall for a game, maybe 11/6 or 11/13. Just some "small world" stuff for you!

That's awesome for WV.
As a former resident of Huntington, it always saddened me that many major performers (except country artists) avoided WV. And while this isn't Jimmy and the CRB, it's still pretty awesome!

Kara, I pretty much got shut out of Nissan tickets, needed 4 pavilion for the keets & 6 lawn, but only got 4 lawn. So I'm giving the lawn seats to the step-keets, and putting all my eggs in one basket for Pittsburgh. Haven't missed a Burgh show since he started playing there. I am coming up for the Columbus show in a few weeks--I had to get a show in just in case I get shut out of Pittsburgh too.
Melli, is the Grant St. block party tradition still in effect?

Definitely!!!!! That would be sooo cool! If I win, I'll do the same!
Smart Woman, sadly, no, the grant block party doesn't happen anymore.I guess in '95 somebody got really hurt, so they shut it down and created Fallfest (a huge free concert). I missed out on the block parties, but Grant Ave. is as wild as ever! What fun I had hanging out there!
Wow. I had no clue so many of you from WV!
So...you guys should come to Morgantown on July 4 evening...
