I got a late start going to concerts...between 1994 and 2004...28 shows! Best year, 8 in one year :D

2 so far this year at Vegas and Anaheim; will see at least 3 more this year.

Well, sad to say...only three. But Im on my way...to more, at least one show for every tour.

my first was during the fruitcakes tour in 94, when he played in Michigan.
my second...during far side tour a couple of years ago, Portland,OR.
and again last year during tiki time tour, Vancouver WA.

Im still hoping he'll add some Pacific Northwestern dates to the License tour. The last couple of years he waited until about mid-tour to add some dates on the end, then added the Portland and Vancouver ones.
I've still got hope.

I don't even know how many I have been to, let alone how many I should have been to. Shoulda been to at least 3 a year since 1997, but with being management---always got screwed outta getting days tickets went on sale, and day of the shows off ( mainly due to shows being on weekends).

Let me see if i can remember how many I went to

2000 - 3
2001 - 2
2002 - 4
2003 - 5

This is what I remember

Not sad at all! :D I've only been to 4 and didn't see my first show until 2002. Had I been aware all along what I was missing out on I would've started out much earlier in life! It is intriguing to see how many shows people have been to!! I think it's great!!

My shows have been:

Tampa, FL, 2002
Portland, OR, 2002
Vancouver, WA, 2003
San Jose, CA, 2004

He'll be back here......my fins are crossed anyway!!

Oops, this is a quote from Island_Hopper (Tuesday morning brain fart :o  ): "Had I been aware all along what I was missing out on I would've started out much earlier in life!"

No kidding, me too! I try to live with no regrets, but not going to concerts earlier is one thing that I definitely regret. Oh well, now we'll just make up for lost time :D

We're supposed to count?!?!?

Hey, wasn't some guy bent out of shape a while back because people go to more than one show a year and he can't get tickets?

I've "only" seen him 45 or so times, but the first time was in 1975.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I set up a small Jimmy Buffett Ticket Stubs website.

http://geocities.com/buffettstubs/

I talked about doing this last fall and finally got around to doing it this past weekend. The people who did send me their scanned ticket stubs last year are on there. If anyone has any additions or corrections to it let me know.

Thanks.

Sixteen if you count seeing him perform one song at Margaritaville in New Orleans after performing at Jazzfest during the day in 2002. Three feet away from JB, Ralph MacDonald and the Coral Reefers....SWEET!

Let's see I have been to fourteen so far and I have another three planned this year. That would make seventeen if all goes well and five this year.
