Can you attach photos to these forums? I could scan the cover of the single if y'all like. It's just Jimmy on the cover.

there's a way to do it but I'm not 100% sure of what needs to be done. It can be downloaded here in the photo and then approved before it can be seen or you can load it on a website that dosn't require a password - like shutterfly and then link it from there

The Buffett single is cool. It's "Hey Good Lookin' " and features special guests Clint Black, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, Toby Keith and George Strait. Truthfully, there are more special guests than Buffett on here. But it's really fun. There's no way country radio can NOT play this heading into summer!
So how long before I can find this on *cough, cough* you didn't hear me say this..Kazaa?

Ok. Apologies for the annoying yellow stripes that go through it... my scanner SUCKS! At any rate, this will give y'all the idea until someone with better technology comes along.

I don't know how to share the music... and as a member of the music industry... SURELY wouldn't be doing such a thing anyway...

I've spoken to a couple more radio contacts and I've upset some of them greatly.
None of them have received their copy yet and when I relayed the news that a few stations around the country had added it, they were peeved.
At any rate, I did finally get my hands on an email from RCA Nashville's midwest promotions guy.
In it, he basically confirms what we already know.
"Hey Good Lookin'" was to be serviced to radio today. It is indeed on RCA Nashville (no word on whether Mailboat is or isn't involved). Credits on the tune include Clint Black, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, Toby Keith and George Strait.
It seems no one north of the Mason Dixon line has heard it yet, though.

Link worked for me. It's a kick ass picture. Jim looks pretty normal on it. Now if I could just hear the thing.

My questions.... When will the video for LtC start playing on TV?
Will that have to be after the album release? Will it even be on
at all? Is it going to be a bonus on the music CD?
(This Ms. Nosey Planning-to-Take-Over-the-Universe wants to know!)
And will Winn-Dixie
ever stop playng H,GL on their in-store audio???

Was listening to the country station in Madison on the drive home and they played it. Pretty cool. I like it and with George Strait, Alan Jackson, Clint Black, Kenny Chesney and Toby Keith participating I'm sure it will get lots of air play.

Heard it on The Wolf on the drive home, and it's pretty good. Seemed like they shared equal parts, like you would expect a "tribute to Hank Williams" to sound. Real upbeat too, more so than the version I heard in Tampa.

Cartmill, my email to you bounced back at me, said file size was too big. Maybe Duff, since he can see it, can post it somewhere the rest of the world can get to it? I don't know why some can and some can't. I'll work on it again after the munchkins go to bed.
Desdamona! Last time I was here you were in Jacksonville! I go away, and you move to some city I can't pronounce!

Umm... yes... A new Uncle Cracker CD. Called "72 and Sunny" - comes out June 29th. Don't ask me what it sounds like, I haven't listened to it.
I resent the file, hopefully ya'll can see the single soon.
