I need to - I suffer numerous severe side effects from it when I have it .. but I moved upstairs to another team this past week, and had all my friends I have had for 20+ years have their biggest crisis in life at the one time - and I was away from my "mentors" on the 1st floor to tell me "DONT DO IT" - so I did itbuffettbride wrote:Awww heck Jenny! I'm addicted to caffeine too! That's the next for me to conquer. I simply LOVE my Pepsi. I get terrible headaches as well when I've given it up in the past. After about 3 days or so, the headaches and cravings subside. You can do it! I know you can!!!creeky wrote:Good luck Mallory - I have never smoked, so no real idea how difficult it is to do ...
however ... I did go off the rails and have coke fora solid while recently and stopped two days ago ..... I have woken up for the second day with a bad bad head from it .... but the positive thing is I didnt have any caffeine yesterday and today should be the end of it and I will be back to no caffeine again (and not feeling sick from it and it playing tricks with my mind as it does)
Then I felt sick ... then I felt it playing tricks on me ..... so I have now stopped and confessed to my mentors - so they are keeping an eye on me ....
But the good thing here is - I have been Agony Aunt all week to everyone - but still got my sanity ... just

Taking FinsUpNorth to see the Nace Bros tonight in KC. I believe they're playing Margaritaville KW, in December.

I'm on top of the world, lookin' down on creation
And the only explanation I can find
Is the love that I've found ever since you've been around
You're love's put me at the top of the world

I took the Keets to Ringling.....not Ringling, ringling, but Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus, "The Greatest Show On Earth" PT never saw Jimmy
I saw The big show last in 1969 when I was in 5th grade, my oldest is in 5th grade. Awesome. The show i remember was like the movie, "The Greatest Show On Earth". i remember as a kid, looking for Chuck Heston and Betty Hutton. This was a new kinda version, much faster paced and yet still cool
At one time or another all three leaned over gave me a hug and said "Daddy I love you" There is no better freakin' sound on the freakin planet
