need help with question about TM

I went through the whole processing deal with Pittsburgh tickets only to get to the end and find out there was an error with my order. Does anyone know how I can check to see if I have tickets or not? Thanks.

I wouldn't count on that order going through unless you have a confirmation #.

I had the same thing ahppen to me and I had to do it all over again.

There is usually a way to tell. Log in using your info, and then click view order history. It should be up in the top right. That will tell you what shows you have ordered tix for and where they are.

The same thing happened to me. Go to TM's home page, click on view order history at the top of the page. If you don't see an order from today scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says "Search for phone or online orders". I checked and my order went through.

That happened to me when I ordered my Nissan tickets. I did like was mentioned above and went through my order history and there was no indication of the order. I figured i had missed out but got a call from TM the next day saying the order went through and I just had to give them my Credit Card info again.
So, try calling TM. There might be something for you even if you don't see anything in the order history.

Thanks for the help! I did call TM and they said my order had gone through! For once, TM and I are on the same page!
