I split my time between Whitingham, VT and Long Island. I wind up spending time around Northampton/Greenfield on every trip.

My hometown of Cambridge, MA is going crazy tonight. Gay marriage become legal in 25 minutes and there are thousands of people partying on Mass. Ave waiting to get into Cambridge City Hall at midnight to get married. Cambridge is going to be the first city to give out marriage licenses for same-sex marriages.....it's utter crazyness around here tonight!

Right on, Gumby.
First Massachusetts gives us Ted Kennedy, then Jean-Pierre Kerry, and now THIS!
On a positive note-AMY LEE is originally from there.

Why unfortunately?? I love the Springfield area... I wish my company was located out in that part of the state.
LIVING IN THIS STATE IS THE UNFORTUNATE PART.AND TRUST ME,ALTHOUGH THE SPRINGFIELD AREA IS NICE,SPRINGFIELD ITSELF IS NOT A NICE PLACE TO LIVE.UNLESS YOU LIKE CRIME AND POLITICAL CORRUPTION

sirgumby what are you talking about, who really cares if gays get married, who is the government to say who can get married and who cant, how on a daily basis does gay marriage affect your life? it doesnt. and the fact that this is getting so much media attention and attention from the government is ridiculous in a time of terrorism and war.

The cookout sounds great! The date stinks, though!
My wife's birthday is the 27th, and we are going to Boston to see the Sox play Philly (She's originally from Philladelphia, so it fits in real nice..) Besides, the seats are on the Monster...
I'm sure that you throw a great party, but I don't think ANYTHING will keep me from sitting on that wall!
Sorry!... but thanks for the invite!
