Do you need to take a Ferry to get to Jones Beach or can you drive al the way there?

Bridgeport, Ct. exit 27 off I95 south. My deli is two blocks from the frerry dock. Coffee, muffins, rum,, ice, etc. on me for those jumping on the ferry. I'll be closing and getting on the ferry between 10 and 11 am. Awesome 1 1/2 hours ride across the sound. well worth it.

I'm not sure it looks like they might run until 8:45 or 9:45 if you go by the spring or summer schedule. I was going to call today but on the website it states that the scedule is not set past Aug. 31. I'll give it a week or so.
