Just call 911 a few times and tell them you think the neighbor's children are being killed because of all the screaming. That'll fix it.

I dunno, child protective services might start a war, a cop will just make a point. And they cops should call CPS themselves, all he would've really done was complain about the noise.

a cop will be more than likely to reveal the source of the complaint

CPS dosn't reveal sources (at least not in my state) plus they have to do an investigation when a complaint is filed

all a cop has to do is drive by and hear no noise and see nothing wrong and they'll drive off

Ahh, see I live in a building where I've only seen one kid since I moved in 2 years ago. And other than the violin player practicing, the place is silent, so I haven't had to deal with any of it.

I had an ex-neighbor with an axe to grind call DSS on me several years ago with bullsh*t complaints. No, they didn't technically reveal the source, but I could see it under the magic marker line. It was ridiculous, and she knew it. Put me through more garbage than you can imagine, lawyers, etc. Things were awfully tense around here until she moved. I wouldn't put anyone through that.
