Costa Rica, has everything imaginable already here from Intel pentium chips built here, to the outback stakehouse rest's, you name it we have it from the biggest malls in central america to the major sports books in the world, but they are all owned by foreigners, I am just a Costarican that whats a piece of the action,

Ownership of Margaritavilles, etc.
My understanding is that some locations are wholly owned by Jimmy's corporation while others are not. For example I understand that the Cancun and Jamaca locations are not wholly owned, along with the Las Vegas store and all of the CiP stores. I was told several years ago when I visited New Orleans that initally that was a partnership originally and then Jimmy bought it outright.
So for what it's worth, I would say if you are interested in a joint venture with Jimmy it's possible provided you have the $$$$ to make it happen.
