TICKET B@$T@RD

OK I need to vent. My wife tries to get tickets to the Pittsburgh show when they went on sale. She got through on puter and when it said my credit card on file was no good she realized I did not change it from when it was stolen over the internet. So being the good wife she is she tried to key in all the info in the allotted 3 minutes but failed and got the dreaded sorry time is up.

No big deal as I was able to get 6 singles for Jones Beach which is where I wanted to go anyway. Well much to my surprise I get an email from TM yesterday that my 8 tickets to Pittsburgh have been shipped. I call and explain everything that happened and that I do not want them. They tell me once they are shipped too bad. If I had cancelled before they shipped them I could get a refund. I tell them if I had known I was getting them I would have cancelled. They notified me after shipping. Finally they tell me they can refund the tickets but not the convienence charge of 75.00. I said what are you crazy. "Well sir that is our policy". I ask for a Stupivisor and get the same response. They s***. Like they are going to get stuck with them

So if anyone needs 8 in section 4 row CC for face + fees + shipping let me know.

Thanks for listening
JB

Sorry you had these problems, but I too think you will be able to recoup the money by selling the tickets. You are one of the few who got scr**ed by them and wound up with tickets.

This is a new one, usually people complain when they don't get tickets... now you are complaining that you have too many tickets(?).

Like the others said, I am sure that you will have no problem finding someone to buy them off of you.

Nice try, but they probably would void the tickets if you did that. They have the capability to do that now with the scanners that they use to scan your tickets when you go through the gate.

both shows

I thought about going to both shows but there is that sobering up time which in two days is tough with the travel time.

The last time he played Jones Beach we went from there to Great woods with a day in NYC in between and had a great time. Traveling from Pittsburgh to Long Island cuts into some serious party time.

Thanks for all the suport I do have Phans who are willing to buy tickets.
