If you ever watched "Fraggle Rock"
Wembley...Red...Mokey...Gobo....oh how I miss those guys!
You saw the original "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles " on the big screen...and still know the turtles name.
lol! I was in the store the other day...and a kid behind me asks his Mom what the "orange turtle"'s name was...I didn't skip a beat...turned around and said Michelangelo. ooooh the stares I got! hehehe
You remember reading "Tales of a fourth grade nothing " and all the
Ramona books.
Hey...what about "Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret" that one caused quite a stir, I remember.
Jelly shoes, jelly bracelets, rainbow EVERYTHING (not that there's anything wrong with that)....what about HATS? I had a black fedora that I used to wear - with my suspenders and white button-down shirt and several pairs of scrunchy socks.

We were cleaning out the attic last year and we found our Strawberry Shortcake dolls- they still smelled!!!!
We got the old Slip-N-Slide out when we were about 14 (or maybe it was a new one, I can't remember). It took 2 runs, and we all looked at one another and just asked why on Earth we thought that was fun? We were just covered in bruises, someone hit a dry spot and lost some skin, but at least no one required stitches.

Oh Gawd...you are so right. This is way TMI but I have a "textured" boulder holder and it doesn't work real great with Tshirts because it shows thru. I asked hubby how it looked and he told me that chicks would think it was tacky because it showed bra but that guys would think it was cool because of the teenage voice in their heads that says "Hehe. Bra. Cool."longlinergirl wrote:buffettbride wrote: I never imagined anyone would try to score a beaver shot of a woman in her wedding dress! LOL!

It's not by any chance a Victoria's Secret, is it? I get tons of comments on one that I have....my cousin actually asked me if it was a bra or if I got my girls tattooed.buffettbride wrote:Oh Gawd...you are so right. Heck...I wish I could fit these tatas into something they sell at Victoria's Secret. It would save me some serious cash!! If I want something besides granny's bra I have to go to a special froo-froo lingerie store. It's probably pretty similar tho. It's just really lacy and shows thru with everything.MojosMama wrote: It's not by any chance a Victoria's Secret, is it? I thought about tattoos but I like them the way they are

I was watching VH1 Classic the other night. They had "Metal Mania" on. It was so classic. Britny Fox, Cinderella, Dokken. Major, major flashbacks.buffettbride wrote:I thought you would like these! You're my hair-band pal!!sailingagain wrote:Fantastic!! I resemble that time period.

Awww man. We don't have cable anymore so I don't get to see anything good anymore. If I have to watch one more episode of the flipping Bachelor I'm gonna cave. I wanted to BE Lita Ford when I was younger.sailingagain wrote:I was watching VH1 Classic the other night. They had "Metal Mania" on. It was so classic. Britny Fox, Cinderella, Dokken.
