Recently at Orlando International Airport, a Florida Power & Light crew was installing power lines for a new addition. They received a pretty cold blooded reception from some local airport residents.

The alligator they had to trap measured in at 18 feet 2 inches and 87 rattlesnakes were rounded up from the construction site.

as strange as it both sounds, and as many times as it's been said both rattler and gator sorta taste like chicken

I was sitting at the table with E-man when I had my first taste of gator.

more like tongue than anything I have had them "right off the vine"
when we b-b-qed them I have also had them fried when they had been frozen
I like them fried but broiled is best!!!!
