Bumed out about Nissan

Post by jollymon345 »

I've got my tickets for Nissan this Saturday and it is also my birthday so me and the wife were going to tailgate with some friends. My mother-in-law is going to watch my 3 year old parakeet but she just told us last night that she can't watch her until 4pm. We live in Baltimore so there goes the tailgaiting. Damn I am p***. I think she did this on purpose. Now my friends know why I call her "The Wicked Witch of Owings Mills".

3 year olds can probably fit in a FedEx box. Ship her the night before.

I first took my son when he was 4. But I cringed at buying a ticket for a 4 year old too....

When we went to Tampa my mother in law was supposed to watch our keets. Of course she backed out and I flew them down with us. The resort referred us to a babysitting service they said was really good.

You might try calling some of the higher-end hotels in your area. They can probably refer someone that would come to your house until someone can pick up your kids. It's scary leaving your kids with strangers, but a decent hotel wouldn't refer someone that had caused them any problems.

Just a thought...
It was a pleasure and a hell of an evening
Truly was our night to win
But the authorities insist on my leaving
Take care my American friend

We don't have a ticket and I don't think she will behave for all that time. She loves JB and was feeling horrible because she had her tonsils out on Wednesday and about the only time she was slightly pleasant was when we watched the tape but I don't think she is ready for that yet.

Wow, I would be happy if my Mother-in-law would even babysit at all.

Good Luck!!!

Do the yellow pages have babysitting services advertised? They would be bonded, so you could trust them.

I'm pretty sure you have to buy a ticket for every person going in- a Bufett show isn't one where people should be encouraged to bring toddlers.

Shoot, a Buffett show isn't a place where you should bring the morally-rigid, and dogmatically-enhanced either.. But you are right.. way too many questions to answer about the "measuring booths", the "slip'n'slides", and "Daddy, why did that man tinkle in his pants? I thought you said I was a big boy because I didn't do that anymore?"... :D

You make more money on parts than the whole package... Even if it is a mother-in-law.....
