Anyone with grilling recipes? Hamburger and chicken wanted

Does anyone have any good recipes or anything they use for hamburgers? I prefer my stuff hot and spicy. I know that right now I use a mixture of garlic salt, some Cookies brand flavoring, mckormics (spelling is off) spicy steak seasoning and those small Crushed REd Pepper packets you get from pizza places and lightly spread those all over both sides. It is very delicious - you have to find the right amount to put on though or it will be really really spicy or not enough. I just do 5 minutes each side then about 15 seconds for the burgers to melt - it's about 400 degrees i think that I usually have it at.,
Does anyone have any other recipe or flavoring that is spicy/hot hamburgers?

ALSO, I am in search of how to make Buffalo Chicken Wings or buffalo chicken something. How do I make that sauce? THanks

To make Buffalo wings, I spread my wings on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for about one hour (I like them crispy) or you can deep fry them if you want.
For the sauce, I use equal amounts of melted butter and Frank's Hot Sauce. This makes mild sauce. For hot wings, just add cayenne. Be careful, don't add too much. Toss the wings in this mixture. Yum.

Some things you cant put into words, you just cant explain... you just "know" :)
Catch me in a tailgate somewhere ... and I'll teach you some of my "secrets" ~ the real deal on the tailgate grill cheezburger
Some people around here who have had the pleasure of eating one of my burgers will tell you ~ I'm not being conceited... it's merely the way it is 8)

add Parrotbay Coconut Rum to some GOOD BBQ sauce and baste over patties while grilling.
