People say I'm salty, but they never said I'm "seasoned"!

Well said. And if you need any help emptying that bottle...

OMFG!!! Jahfin made a joke!
And what is the matter with that? Those of you that have made a point of over analyzing each of my posts and going through them with a fine tooth comb must of missed the fact that I have a sense a humor and it's been on display ever since I began posting here. If you chose to focus only on the negative that is all you will ever see which says way more about my detractors at this board than they are probably willing to admit.
I have to admit it is true that I haven't seen you sense of humor on dispay here. I don't read threads you start, and your defensive, self-righteous replies you post when others have differences of opinion with you make my eyes glaze over. Therefore I haven't been exposed to the full depth of your body of work here. People think you have no sense of humor beacuse you sometimes miss obvious jokes and respond with serious suggestions of where they can find this obscure 8-track or an out of print LP. The fact that you went right on the defensive here shows how self-important you are. You COULDN'T let one little remark about you pass. You had to jump in with a long-winded retort. You respond to everything. You ALWAYS have to have the last word.

I'll make this easy for both of us. From this day forward I will pass over any thread or reply with your screen name on it.

Bye.

By skipping over my posts you'll never have even the slightest grasp on my personality but that's no problem. As I said, for some people ignorance is bliss. I'm not here to win any popularity contests, I'm here as a Jimmy Buffett fan. Some of you chose to see only what you want to see and that's the negative, not the positive. At least that's been my experience here.

Man, why do so many people bash Jahfin? I remember a few months ago people got on him for his music industry threads in the Off Topic forums, saying that his threads were the reason for the site's problems. I'm sure Jim would have PMed him and kindly asked him to stop if it were true.

Now this? I really don't want to get in the middle of an argument here, but man, let the man make a funny. It is possible to have to be serious and have a sense of humor.

Just my $.2.

Thanks, I'm quite tired of it myself. Never have I ever been subject to so much scrutinization on a message board before. I find it to be particularly odd coming from Jimmy Buffett fans who you would think would be some of the most laid back people in the world. Sadly, that has not been my experience, some of the people I've encountered here appear to be quite the opposite.
