I'll put that to good use! I'm making chocolate chip/coconut cookies but you are my second request for peanut butter ones so I may make some of those too if I have time! We'll see how it goes tonight since I have to get as much sleep tonight as I can for the festivities ahead....and because my flight leaves at 6:10am! 
If you don't make any peanut butter ones....at least make some chocolate chip without the coconut......no need to ruin the perfectly good flavor of chocolate!!!
