Finally, the dates are set! I was hoping for a Vegas, Phoenix/Irvine roadtrip in a week long block, so maybe he'll play Irvine on Tues. the 26th. I could kill some time in Vegas for a few days. I'd love to go to both Vegas shows, but dunno if my friends will be able to afford it.


Who would win in a BoSox-Cubs series? Maybe there'd be some freak accident or disaster to prevent a winner being declared

I was thinking of hitting Vegas Tuesday night,renting a car
and doing the RT thing to Dago and seeing the vegas show saturday nite

well it's just in the planning now.

If at all in Irvine,,,,,,Thursday and Saturday following the 23 rd..I can live with that

Nope, I was originally going to come out mid August but now she's moving at that time so I decided to come out another time.. When I heard Buffett was playing there this fall it didn't take me all of two seconds to make the decision to come out.. And when it was approved today I was a happy camper... BUT hey we can still go out for drinks... I'm only teasin' you... I'd like to see a SoxCubs series but we all know that won't happen...

Bo Sox/CUBBIES WS would be the ultimate. I think i would actually sell living organs to go to a game. Because I know here in Chicago--thats whats gonna have to happen if you want to be inside Wrigley.

Heck I'd sell my first born child.... I'll give you everything I got if the Sox make it...

Hey Cowboy!!

You better meet up with us in Vegas. Our group was split on whether to hit up the 16th or 23rd, but we have just booked it all for the 23rd. Now we just need tickets. We are bringing some more Idaho virgin parrotheads, and I can't think of people better than the Anaheim crew to help break them in. (they are my roommates and my parents and you are the people they warned me about!!)

Either date is good for me, but if the 23rd is good for the Idahoans, then it'll do just fine for us. Excited to hear your bringing "virgins" to the show- we'll treat 'em right and make sure they have a blast!

Where's a good place to stay there? I haven't been to Vegas in a few years. I guess the concert's at the MGM, or is the Margaritaville restaurant at the Hilton? How many night are you guys gonna stay? Have you already booked? Is it still too soon to book a room? I am so excited!!!!

I'm really hoping to hear something soon about another California date-the ultimate would be if he decides to do a Phoenix show, but if its just Vegas, then I'll be thankful for that!

Are your folks in to Buffett music, or are they in for quite a surprise? I loved your referance to "We are the People..."- so true!

Every year I say I'm going to get another tattoo for the show, but this year is it! It's on!!

My last thread I started for the Anaheim crew died like a bad joke. Maybe I should title my thread "This could save a Life" from now on....

I just want him to come to Orange COUNTY already!!! I'll be going to at least ONE of the Vegas shows and maybe the Phoenix show...but nothing beats having the Jimmy in your own home territory!

Its all about the virgins....we bring at least one every year. This year it just happens to be about 10. My family is finally caved in and taking my dads VW bus AND renting an RV....maybe even a short bus if we could pull it off!

Phunminnie and me will be at bothe shows. Hey sky'sNiece, where are these Idaho virgins from??? We are going to have all the ID crew again this year

howdy there finsup! i'll be seeing you in vegas. my pals from utah are meeting me there and i'm bringing a lovely crew of buffett virgins from law school here in san diego. we haven't decided which show we'll be at yet though, but we'll see you at one of them for sure. at the denver show i brought a virgin too. i'm just a deflowering mo fo this summer.

Short Bus? Like the special kids ride? Just kidding.....I would love to be able to drive a bus to the San Diego show and then head to Vegas. It's all about the convenient restrrom in the paking lot!

I'll be there!!! we're flying into San Diego on Tuesday and heading up to Vegas on Friday... Hey TheSecretsInTheCrust if at all possible I may need your help with the Wednesday show... ?!?!?! PLEASEEEEEE

It sounds like many are heading to the 23rd show in Vegas. I plan to bring Dad and Stepmom (deflowered last year in San Diego), wife, and brother and sister (both siblings are Buffett virgins). Dad and stepmom had such a great time last September they've been looking foreward to it all year and I want to show the bro and sis a great time so....

No tailgate in Vegas right? If so, then do people get together before the concert? If so, then where?

Hopefully you all can help me out so I can show them a great time!
