I seriously think that George Strait is quite possibly has the smoothest, most relaxing voice . . . . . he's so laid back and created his own county "cool" persona, kinda similar to Jimmy in that way. . . . . George strait is great, any other king George fans out there?
Some great "laid-back" george songs:
The Chair
Lead On
One Night at a Time
I Just Want to Dance With You
One Step at a Time
Easy Come, Easy Go
Blame it on Mexico
Amarillo By Morning
If You Can Do Anything Else
Go On
Tell Me Something Bad About Tulsa
As Far As It Goes
My Infinite Love
Heaven Is missing an Angel
countless others
George Strait

I like him but the one time I saw him in concert I wasn't thrilled. maybe I caught him on a bad night. I really like the "Write this down" song from a few years ago. I think I'd give him another chance in concert.
