Bittorrent Sites?

Anyone know any bittorrent sites that handle Buffett shows. So far all I can find are broken links (sharingthegroove.org) and released albums, which I already own on vinyl or cd, and wouldn't download anyway. Would be nice if we could start linking to shows we were willing to share. Any bittorrent experts out there?

naw, google is a better source for that stuff :) Music questions however, especially concerning Jimmy Buffett, are best posted here :)

I know very little about bit torrent but have plenty of taper friends that are fluent in that language (SHN, Flac, etc.). I think the real travesty is, there seem to be so few (if any) Buffett shows taped by actual taping enthusiasts, the vast majority of them come from Radio Margaritaville, which sound like s***. By the way, that's not a put down of Radio Margaritaville as it's obviously a service Buffett doesn't have to provide. I just find it a little disheartening that despite the fact that so many of his shows get traded, that so many of them are of such an inferior quality. You would think with the amount of people interested in copies of his live shows that he would be supported more heavily by the taper community. Sadly, that just doesn't seem to be the case here.

That's multi-instrumentalist extraordaire David Lindley (aka "Mr. Dave", "The King of Polyester" and when he was paired with drummer Wally Ingram: "The Beavis and Butthead of World Music"), thanks for asking. He's perhaps best known as the fella singing the high part during Jackson Browne's cover of Maurice and the Zodiac's "Stay" from Running On Empty. He's been a member of Jackson's band off and on through the years and has been a session man on tons of records throughout his career. He's also quite the solo artist in his own right, fronting a band called El Rayo-X during the 80s, pairing with percussionists Hani Naser and Wally Ingram respectively in recent years but is now out doing his thing solo these days. If you're interested in learning more be sure to visit his web site here: http://www.davidlindley.com I think everyone here will be surprised to learn just how many records he's played on over the years and how many of them are probably in your various collections. He's one of my favorite guitarists, bar none.
