we weren't positive, because it was dark, but it looked like Tom Watkins may have been sitting on the side of the stage at the Maui show in January.

I saw Lou Dobbs and talked with him about the concert at the Tee shirt stand at the Buffett show in NYC (MSG) about 4 years ago.

Al Gore (then VP) and Captain Tony were at a show I attended at Merriwether Post (worst venue ever) in 2000.

The Captain got a bigger standing ovation than the guy from Tennessee. (deservedly so)

Nope. But he did tell me he had a tattoo that said Welcome To Jamaica Have a Nice Day.

In case the people I've seen are some of the ones you don't recognize:
Walter Cronkite - retired newscaster
Troy Aikman - retired football player, was the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys
Ed Bradley - reporter (he's on 60 Minutes), longtime friend of Buffett
Angelica Huston - actress
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

A couple of years ago, we talked to Ron Jaworski in the parking lot at Camden. He's a big Parrothead.

Last year we sat right behind Pierre Robert (local celeb) and then again this year he came over to our village in the parking lot and hung out with us for about ten minutes.

True story... After the Chicago Bulls won one of their championships, John Paxson - then the player who had shot the winning 3 pointer to clinch the championship, today the Chicago Bulls GM - attended a Buffett concert at the Tweeter Center in Tinley Park.

I remember at the time Buffett saying that he was proud to have had a Parrot Head on that team.

Anyways, after leaving my friends on the lawn during intermission for a nature call. I stagger up to the urinal in the Men's room and who should come up to the one next to me but John Paxson.

I seem to remember returning to my friends in the lawn yelling rather excitedly "I JUST P*SSED NEXT TO JOHN PAXSON!!!!" over and over again. One of those You Had to Be There moments I guess.
Much better than "I JUST P*SSED ON JOHN PAXSON AND HE WAS SOOOOOO P*SSED!!!!!!!" in sooooo many ways. :D

You don't often hear about precision drillteam work like this in a men's restroom during a concert...

Eric Clapton???? at a mall??? Good grief what is our world coming to??/
well, given that he is married to a girl from Central OH.. the chances of running into him at Lowe's might not be good, but perhaps at the Polaris "Baby GAP"...

Another year in Cincinatti, Don Johnson and Melaini Griffin came out on stage and sang with Jimmy!
