They are FINALLY putting a Cheesecake Factory in Milwaukee. Now I don't have to drive all the way to Old Orchard.

Yesterday at about 3:00pm the family got on the topic of cheesecake. I decided I was just gonna make one. It's a LONG process. Had to let it chill 4 hours once it was done so it will be tonight's dessert. I'll let you know how it goes. I just used the recipe from the Better Homes gigantic cookbook. Anyone ever used that recipe?
