Okay, two's company, three (longlinergirl was in there somewhere, too) makes a thread... :P

Emmy-winning Magnum, PI, 1980-1988. Season One DVD hits the streets in September. I'd post a link, but I'd rather you went to the top of this page, hit the Amazon.com link that phjim has posted, and then search for "Magnum PI" because I'm pretty sure that throws a few pennies Jim's way to help pay for our Buffett cyber-home.

I don't want to gobble too much of Jim's bandwidth in off topic; there is a Magnum PI newsgroup at alt.tv.magnum-pi. You can access it through a newsreader or through news.google.com. It takes HOURS to see posts on Google; a newsreader (I use Outlook Express) is preferable.

Also, alt.tv.magnum-pi is a non-moderated group, so at the moment there are a couple of seriously crass trolls to be ignored. Please do ignore them, or they won't go away...

If you like fan fiction, here's a link to some Magnum PI work: http://www.fanfiction.net/list.php?s=1& ... n=0&c=1028

There are a few decent MPI web sites, but I don't know them off the top of my head, so Google it! :D

Magnum reruns are currently on the Hallmark Channel at 2AM. http://www.hallmarkchannel.com and follow the links to Programs and Magnum, PI. The schedule tends to cahnge.... :-?

Hard to believe it took this long for the series to make it to DVD's of the first season. 8)
