Official Poll - LTC Favorite Song (FINAL ROUND)

Post by Mr Play »

Last week's voting eliminated several songs from the list. Every song with at least 10 votes is included here. Back To The Island is also included since it was overlooked in last week's polls. This final round will determine the BN favorite from the new album.

So, what's your favorite?
It was a pleasure and a hell of an evening
Truly was our night to win
But the authorities insist on my leaving
Take care my American friend

COAST OF CAROLINA !

Can't get this one out of my head...and I don't really want to anyways...

This has one of THE most infectous chorus riffs that I have heard in many a year!

Piece of Work

I think Buffett and Toby Keith make the best duet on the whole album

Very tough call but I decided to vote for Back to the Island. It is a great song and I'd love to watch the sun go down and listen to the sea roll in.

And bottom line, while I like almost all of them, that is the kind of tune I look to Buffett for.

This is too hard. I went with "Piece of Work". :-?

"Scarlet Begonias", "Boats to Build", and "Simply Complicated" are probably the best LIVE songs, but "Piece of Work" just speaks to me.

Back To The Island for me, for the past two days I can't stop playing that song over and over. Heck I can't stop playing the entire CD over and over.

Window on the World just edges out Coast of Carolina. Lots of good ones on this cd though.

I gotta say that Coast of Carolina is my favorite, then Trip Around the Sun is probably a close second :) Granted, I was totally floored at how good the album is overall 8)
What is it all about...? I just don't know, but I can't go back home.
