I have a wonderful parrothead family! My whole family loves Jimmy Buffett. Even our dog (Gypsy) and hermit crab(JB). My 2 boys love Buffett music and books. (I have not taken them to a show yet but I need to). My wife and I see him every year he is in Atlanta and try to see him in at least 1 new venue each year. When friends come over to our house or are in our car they expect to hear Buffett and comment when they hear different. (WE are those Buffett people down the road). :D 8)
"At a moment like this, I can't help but wonder...what would Jimmy Buffett do?"

you say it as if it's a bad thing ~ ship departs Oct. 22 :pirate: We're going sailing cross that line :D

You could always tell her that you dont like the way she is when she's around US ~ going around objectifying women and asking them to show their boobies :D a proper southern belle would never do such things ... but it's cool she does :pirate:

My wife is between tolerates it and thinks I'm crazy.

On the other hand, I am slowly turning my kids into ParrotHeads. We went on a Dolphin cruise in Florida and they played JB on the boat, and my oldest remarked after the cruise that he had heard every song they played.

I also took my oldest to the Riverbend show last year. He enjoyed it, but was not prepared for all of the chaos. I have given up on my wife. It may be time to trade in for a new model.

I wish my husband was more of a parrothead....he tolerates my obession, but when it comes to concert dates, he's not as willing to travel as I am...makes it difficult sometimes to compromise.

I'm still working on converting him, but it's slow going! Hopefully when we have kids, I can work on them instead :D

Shark.. buddy... please don't take this wrong.. but she really needs to loosen up a bit by the sound of it. She keeps this up, and the first plate of frijoles at Guillermo's Casa de Queso is going to have her calling dogs from SC, GA, and TN

Just remember, there is no dealer discount or incentive program to mitigate the cost of the new model...
