The Cd's called "License to Chill", but the cd is orange! What does it mean?

I'm totally lost on this one. I don't see the connection. Any help here?

I think what this kind person is trying to say is that "Chill" is usually associated with a blue or a green color. Orange is usually associated with oranges, the sun, or "hotter" type things.
