keep trying closer to the day of the show, or call and get on a waiting list. I know there are many people, myself inculded, that book what they think they may need and then dump the remaining rooms. I already have a list started of people that my rooms will likely go to if my group doesn't need them all...there are a lot of hotels close to the venue as listed in the post above, its just hard to find space on Saturday night...Jellyfish wrote:Oops...sorry!
