LTC Live Concert CD's

Are the LTC Live Concerts going to be available on CD like the Tiki Time Tour was last year? And if so does anyone know when?

Mailboat said in the begining of July that they were planning to release Chicago, Indy, Atlanta and Miami shows for the live cd's from LTC.

And in this thread they told me that they would start shipping in September, beginning with Atlanta.
