Not necessarily my favorite, but I would say Mike Utley. He’s been Jimmy’s keyboard player since AWSCAPC and is involved in a lot of production and songwriting.

I think Mac is the backbone, but on the LTC album, Doyle really shines, too.

Peter Mayer certainly deserves consideration on the music side, although all-around I'd agree with Mr. Utley...

I'd have to go with Mac over Utley as the CURRENT MVP. Mac, right now, is probably Jimmy's closest confidant within the band, and the guy he works with the most in the most important aspect of Jimmy's work....writing.

I would have to say everyone except Roger. The guy's a jerk, and everyone else is equally or more talented and really nice.

Where would they all be without an excellent drummer? Jimmy has unsteady rythym when he's playing alone.
