We went last year and it was great. GA there is really casual. It is a huge bar area with many nooks and crannies with a nice size stage area. No need to get there real early unless you want to drink exprensive drinks but it is Chicago. It was a great show. Played all the stuff you thought he would play. (we had seen him 3 times prior so knew what to expect, first time was in Pittsburgh for free many moons ago) JB was there but he was in the VIP area upstairs and would not come out even with much shouting from us down below. We were told later it was his night off, would you want to work on your "night off". Same thing happen a couple years ago at Schubbas, that time he was out buying a new airplane atleast that is what they told us. He has played with Mac these shows before but I am 0-4. Chavez is refering to my amazing ability to drive faster then time when we are doing our road gigs. I made it home from Dubuque, IA in 2 hours (normally a 3 hr trip). You get younger when you drive with me!
