Right on, Kurt! Reminds me of something that went through my head the other day when I was feeling pretty down....I turned on Buffett, and the song that was playing was "Spirit of the Great Heart." Then I realized that I AM the spirit of a great heart! Turned my whole day around!

unless you can use those emotions as a force for positive things:

be angry at injustice
get mad at holes in the system
be sad for the folks who fall thru the cracks..

and then use that to go out and do something about it.
