Live in Hawaii CD & DVD

I am just curious if anyone received their copies of the Live in Hawaii CD & DVD so far this week. I know many got their copy of the CD alone last week or before and are also waiting for the DVD. I was told by Mailboat that those who did not receive the CD would receive both and they would start shipping Monday the 23rd. Thanks everybody.

NO CD OR DVD FOR ME YET

Gotta love Mailboat. I'm fairly certain the calendar in their office doesn't read 2004 at the top like most others. Instead it reads "ISLAND TIME" and the only days listed are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. So, if Mailboat says Monday, the probably mean Tuesday. And since their calendar is on Island Time, they may or may not get to it on Tuesday. Hell, they may not even get to it this week, month or year.

Rest assured, they are thinking of you and your CD. In fact, they're using your $18.98 to finance the DVD production. You will get you your product. Just don't get in a rush, mon.

[With that said, I've already got the CD. I did not receive the DVD.]

We got ours a week or so ago...it didn't have the DVD with it but instwead this really cool little slip of paper which said that just as soon as they were avalible they would be sending out the DVD.

So far We have not recieved the DVD......And its almost time to replace the CD's as we have been burning holes in them.....

I ordred mine two weeks ago and haven't gotten anything. I can be pretty sure I won't order from them again.

Ditto... they serve some customers but then cut others off, when no CDs were supposed to ship until today in the first place! Kinda bad business practice, especially when there are sites like BN to spread the word.

..but for real I remember I ordered Mac's cd and it was here in 4 days...same with the live in vegas and auburn..I ordered those from them and they were here in 5 days...I ordered hawaii on the 7th and I am still waiting

I'm not posting this to "rub it in," but you guys are going to really love the cd when you get it. It has some real jewels.

Kapono on Back to the Island is so sweet! I love the whole cd especially for that. Others of the Coral Reefers join in at different times on that song. There is one really low, deep voice that I can't identify.

Looks like I'm with the majority here.

I ordered mine two weeks ago and am still waiting for the CD. I saw my bank account was charged two days after I ordered it.

Hope the DVD comes with the CD.

I would not have a problem if Mailboat just kept to the fact that the CD & DVD would come out on the 24th as originally stated. In no way do I begrudge those of you who are enjoying the CD but why not send it out to everybody and send the DVD later. I also ordered on the 7th and have already had my C.C. charged and am sitting anxiously waiting for it to arrive. I am going to the show Thursday and I was really hoping to enjoy either the CD or DVD prior.

Heres another e-mail I got back from them while I was at work..I got bored so I decided to bother them again

Hi mailboat, I ordered live in hawaii on august 7th and still did not receive it in the mail yet, I was woundering if you sent the rest of the live in hawaii cds and dvds out yet.
Thanks alot!

All the CD's and DVD's are shipping from Los Angeles today and tomorrow.

I know that it is not particularly helpful to those that didn't get the official cd yet....but there are Radio Margaritaville bootlegs avalible out there.....It may not have the polish of the offical cds but it will at least take you back to those concerts just the same......I've been listening to one since we got back from Maui......

On the other hand I can't wait to see the DVD!!!!!!

I don't think Radiomargaritaville ever did a live or a re-broadcast of the Honolulu show. I know it was my first time to hear Stories We Could Tell and Volcano and Back to the Island with Henry Kapono.

I could be wrong about that and just missed it.
