Thanks centralMAph, I was able to snag a pair for a buddy.

They say section 406c though...The only 406 I see in the seating is the 406club seats up behind homeplate though. Does anybody know if they decided to sell the seats up there afterall even though its unavailable according to the seating chart? I told him it's not fair that he'll be up there in the Air Conditioned seats while we'll be down in our crappy seats sweating.

he will also have to listen to the concert thru 4 inch thick plexiglass  When I checked they had field box seats.

That's what I was thinking too, but I wonder if they'll take the glass down for the concerts though.

There is no way they will, I'm not even sure if they can. You can still hear when sitting inside. It won't be that bad

Yeah, I've sat up there to see the RedSox. The bathrooms are much cleaner. The seats aren't as crammed together so there's a little more elbow/leg room...for all the dancing of course  8)

Although they are the comforts of a suite, it is no place to watch a concert. You are the farthest you can be from the stage.

12volt, I'm not sure if it's new or not but I have to commend you on your quote. The Superman line is one of my favorite Homerisms. Good one.

OK... So maybe the .406 Club isn't the Greatest place to see a Concert. but... At least you're in the door w/o paying a mint for Ebay/Broker tickets. For Sox games, the areas behind the Infield Grandstand is Standing Room Only. That may be the place to migrate to.

SRO tickets are OK for games, and I'll agree that they're probably not great for the show, but it sure beats being stuck out on Yawkey or Lansdowne, wandering around with your index finger in the air all afternoon looking for that miracle.

The question is... Will Security give you a hassle for standing up there?

Or... How tough will it be to sneak onto the field? That's the plan, of course

tried to get 1 for friday, but no luck, the 406 club tickets were already on e-bay that night.amazing how people that aren't going to the show, get the tickets, and use the tickets to profit on. i'm in the wrong business.so needless to say i still need one for friday.

Security won't be too tough, they will have the same ushers who work the sox games, I talked to a few and they seem like they are looking forward to watching the show, so they probably won't pay much attentiopn to you sneaking onto the lawn.

I disagree. Security may be lax in the grandstand and box seats but I guarentee you it will not be easy to sneak onto the field.
