For all of you pie aficionados....... are y'all aware that pizza is Italian for pie???? 8) 8) 8) So when you order a pizza pie ....it's a pie pie. That's why (in New York or at least my family) it was a tomato or a cheese pie. Just a little bit of trivia for those who may still play "the game". 8) :D 8) :) :D 8)

Chocolate cream pie only got 2 votes?!

But I guess I should have checked off "pie slut" - I love all of them on the list, plus pecan, and pecan with chocolate chunks (as opposed to chocolate pecan, which has melted chocolate mixed in), and peach, and pumpkin, and pizza, and............oh, I love pie. With ice cream. Yeah. That's it. A la mode. Lots of a la mode.

Once when I visited upstate NY, a friend took me out for dinner..and ordered Tomato Pie...
When it came ,it was square....Now , I had lived in the South all my life and never seen a square pizza....When I commented on it...Joe said "Haven't you ever heard? Pie R Square"...
