I agree I was worried ,and think that L-ville should be higher than 17 th.
Oh ya, they had a loss, but they should go UP in ranking, not down
OK stupid question time... When a nu 14 team looses to a nu 5 team
why do they drop?? they were supposed to lose....right???
Because it's college football. The only sport where you can get credit for being good 5 years ago, because it's all based on subjective polls.

A team is never supposed to lose. The BCS is a joke. It's all about money.
Hopefully the Buckeyes lose #3 today!

If one of my two teams could have won before the last second this week it would have been nice

BADGERS WIN!!!!!!!!!!! The schedule gets easier from here on out. With their defense, they should win the Big Ten, and unless they lay an egg against Minnesota or Michigan, they should be undefeated, and could be playing in the title game!!!!!

Was just going to say that. And they still have 4 tough games - Northwestern is improved, the Minnesota game is always a battle (remember 93 when the Badgers went 10-1-1 and the only loss was to Minnesota? Would have been National champs without the loss), MSU looked good this weekend and so did Iowa and both of those games are on the road. Still think they should win all 4 but should and will don't always go together. Whatever happens, it sure is a fun ride

See, there was a reason I was glad you took our defensive cooridinator. Nebraska gives up 70 while Wisconsin has the #1 defense in the country

Meant to say that.
By the way...new polls (not poles) are out...Badgers are up to #6 AP and #7 Coaches!

Hopefully all of them.
They have a hard time winning when they are not breaking the rules.

Here I go.
Go Boise State Broncos!!
I am not hating on my 'Dogs (They do tend to rise to the occasion when playing "Big" name schools. They just s*** when playing in conference)
It's just that I am dying to see this BC$ crap go away. We need schools like Boise, Utah, Louisville, etc. to perform well and finally do away with that crackpot notion that just because a school is in a BC$ conference, the little guys should lay down for 'em. With that said, I am still pulling for the 'Dogs this weekend, but should they lose...Go Broncos! Fiesta Bowl here they come!
p.s. Anyway we can lure Hawkins to Fresno? It's really not
that bad a place!

There is a fundemental flaw in the BCS. Utah looks like this years victim. Schools from the smaller conferences are not able to win the national championship. So why are they division 1? Why play if you can't win a championship. Granted lots of teams will likely never do it, but these teams are not even allowed to compete for it!!!!

Florida, Florida State and Miami all lose on the same day. First time since 1978.

the diff is Boise has gotten no love in the past.
I would love to see Boise play on NYD even a loss would
bring massive prospects.
