Let's see....the #5 ranked Badgers DOMINATED Minnesota to remain unbeaten. #4 California almost lost, and already have one loss.

Based on the historical pattern the pollsters have shown, the Badgers will likely drop in the polls this week.

What was their first clue?
And their second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth?

So now what? Both Qbs out, and Vandy had UF on the ropes there for awhile yesterday. The Irish wanted that game more. Beating UT made them bowl eligible.

Can UT rally beat a healthy Auburn team for the SEC title?

I don't think it's worked yet, well maybe in 99 (if it was around back then)

If we win one more game, we will be eligible for a bowl.....but which bowl depends on how the ACC plays out. But Boise might definitely be a possibillity for the Tigers.

Aw, thanks, Wayne! But unfortunately, I won't be travelling to any bowl games this year. I'll be too far into my pregnancy by that point to do any major travelling--especially not as far as Boise! If the Tigers go to the Contiental Tire Bowl in Charlotte (or the Peach Bowl, which is not likely) I might be able to make that trip.

I'll have to settle for admiring the blue astroturf on TV again....

An off week for Michigan last week and a number of good things happened for our chances to get to a BCS game.

Cudo's to the Irish for trumping the Vols. Tough break with Ainge going down. That was the difference in that one.

CUparrothead & Co....excellent job in dousing the Canes. Is this season starting to look like a repeat of last year or what?! 8)

Couple of near misses. Cal holding off a game Oregon Duck squad  and AggieLand nearly pulling a shocker against Boomer Sooner. Longhorn nation coming from wayyyyyy down to beat Okie State... :o Choke City!!

Needin' some help from..... :-? gulp brother Sparty this weekend.

C'mon MSU.....take the Badgers down!?

Also, hate to say it with all the good Dawg fans out there but here's hoping the Tigers/War Eagles/Whatever.. drop the Dawgs another notch in the BCS.

Wyoming....time to Cowboy Up!! Stun the Utes for us!!

Horns at Kansas....Here's hoping Texas gets caught looking ahead to matchup with AggieLand A&M!

Last but not least....GO BLUE!!

Bury them Cats as soon as possible. We don't need any MSU type of game repeats!! :o

One can hope. Look at all these unbeaten teams, and how close other teams ALOMOST beat them.
But almost doesn't get you a good bowl game.

Auburn will be out for blood since we knocked them out of the SEC East title a couple of years back in their house.

We are 5 point "underdawgs"...can we rally? Depends on what UGA team shows up to play.

Oh, and ESPN GAME DAY will be there too this weekend.

Cannot and should not ignore the BIGGEST game of the weekend.... MJB's West Virginia will be the first team to mathmatically clinch a BCS game bid with a win over Boston College this weekend.

Checking out airfare prices & hotels for Tempe or N'Awlin's yet Mel ? 8)

Good Luck !!

OK, ok, USC clinches a BCS bid if/When they beat Arizona as well.

Ya I've been checking airline prices to Tempe. I'd prefer New Orleans but eveyrone's saying it's going to be the Fiesta Bowl...if so, I don't know if I will be able to afford it. :( :( :(

but we'll see

This is a big game this weekend with Boston College! It was sold out a LONG time ago. Luckily I have a ticket!!! :)

BTW, marching in the alumni band was hella-fun - when else can you be legally drunk and run around on the field..and drink on the field. lol it was a good time
