And what is your most memorable moment from all the events?

Atlanta - Hi-Fi - 1995. Having myself, wife, and 5 y.o. daughter who was on my shoulders, all wearing our grass skirts and assorted gear, shown on ParrotVision during intermission.
This was also the show when we found out just how great PH's are. Because we didn't have tickets to the show, we bought them off scalpers. By the time this was done, it was time to park - without any cooler, food, or beer. As we were in line to park and I was jones'n for beer, I wrote "Need Beer and Coke" on the 5 y.o.'s Magnadodle and held it out the window. Within 2 minutes, had atleast a 12 pack of beer and soft drinks for my little girl. I did have to clarify the message on the Magnadodle to make sure the request for "Coke" was for the drinking kind....

My most memorable Buffett experience also took place in Atlanta...last year.
My wife and I are huge Parrotheads. About 10 days before the show, we landed front row tickets. I mean, JB was DIRECTLY in front of us all night. It was amazing.
We arrived at Hi-Fis at approx. 3:30 in the afternoon (flew in from Dallas the night before). We had a rental car, a crummy styro cooler, and plenty of beer. Problem was, it was raining. Constant rain. No apparent hope for clear sky. Being 'foreigners', we didn't have friends waiting in the parking lot to party with, so we dropped a couple beers and started rowing to the entrance gate. We figured that, at worst, we could go in and soak up the pleasure of front row seating. On our way to the gates, a couple walking along next to us offered to share one of their umbrellas (they had two, we had none). Overflowing with idiocy, we politely refused. The rain persisted. So did our new phriends. So, finally we agreed to use the gratis umbrella and walked through the maze-like parking lot, in the rain, to the gate. Kenny and Charmayne (sp?) were going to their first Buffett show ever and they were the nicest, most outgoing, excited folks we met in Atlanta.
Standing in line at the gate to get in (why did Hi-Fi persist in keeping the gates closed when it was pouring down rain?), we continued visiting about our Buffett experiences and just making idle chit-chat. About the time the gate opened, Charmayne tells us that she was given a pass to one of the Corona VIP tents by her employer earlier in the day and asked if we'd like to join them. We did...and enjoyed about two hours' worth of free Coronas, free cheeseburgers, free pre-show music, and great conversation.
Needless to say (so why say it?), the seats for the show were amazing and the show, itself, was amazing. We took some pictures with our new phriends and said goodbye to the Peach state the next day.
It was a great experience and likely won't be repeated (the stars just don't align all that frequently!).

I forgot to answer the first part of this topic's question...
...I've been to 23 shows in the last 12 years.

I have now been to exactly 20 shows. I have great memories from all of them (although some of the memories are blurry....damn alcohol!)

Friday and Sunday will be my 19th and 20th shows... In that order
As far as most memorable, I'd have to say the 1997 show at Great Woods when Hurricane Edouard was about to bear down on New England. The concert turned into a Hurricane Party. Fortunately, Edouard missed us and we all lived happily ever after.
Actually, I think that was 97. It may have been 98.

Shows 35 and 36 are coming up this weekend, most memorable moment could be Sunday, we're in the 2nd row of section A3........
One thing does stand out, we were at Club Trini at Great Woods a few years back, and Jimmy came out to sing "Gravity Storm", definitely a highlight.

5 alone this year! Prior to that about 6 or 7 if memory serves me right... I'm guessing the most memorable will either be tomorrow night in the 1st row of A7 or Vegas in the 2nd row with Dean

That's a horrible thing to say about the leader of the Southernmost PHC. I can say for a fact that it's only a rumour, no basis in fact.

Great stories. Has anyone ever been lucky enough to catch one of his impromptu shows on Nantucket? Or is this an urban legend?
