I got it last week and i think its pretty good. Not his best work ever, but its nice. The only major problem i have with this CD is that all of the songs have such resemblences to other songs he's done. And thankyou, parrotsgirl, because it does seem like every time a popular country star is brought up there is a certain person who seems to intervine and say how much they don't like them, and by doing that they turn the discussion from something positive to something negative. I can only guess you're referring to me. I have contributed my thoughts in recent threads concerning Keith Urban and Tim McGraw. I only offered my opinion, nowhere did I turn the thread "negative". As far as my opinion being wanted or asked for, this is a message board where as far as I know, everyone is welcome to join in. I could understand if I outright slandered the artists in question but that wasn't the case at all, I stated very politely how I arrived at my opinion of both of them and the state of "country" music in general. And for the record, I'm not the only one that offered a differing opinion of those artists.
