According to this article from the Huntington (WV) Herald-Dispatch, one of the new tenants to the Pullman Square project is Margaritaville Bar & Grill.
"Also on Monday, authority members examined a map showing the names of two new, unannounced tenants of Pullman Square. One is Empire Books and News, which will have a book store along 10th Street. The other is Margaritaville Bar and Grill."
I can't imagine this is really Buffett's Margaritaville, so how long before his lawyers move in on this one?

Maybe that's smart advertising. Announce you're gonna open something with Margaritaville in the name. Wait until you get your cease and desist letter from the lawyers and then name your place whatever you'd intended to name it anyway. (because you can't have really thought it would fly with Margaritaville as it's name. You had to have had another name in mind.) But now you have a gazillion parrotheads trying to figure out how to get to your bar. (I already pulled up mapquest. Would never have done that for Bob's Tropical Bar-n-Grill!
