Like I said earlier, one day I would love to have an Audi A6 or a BMW Z4 coupe (if practicality was not an issue)...as for the motercycle, I've always enjoyed my Harley 1200 Sportster.

Just curious... if you could have any car, truck or motorcycle, what would it be? I guess we could go all the way up to the stratospheric prices of Ferrari and the like
but I'm keeping my choices under $100,000.

Cool! I'm not sure that I like the new Sportsters (been looking at some at work....) Pro: cross over pipe is gone (which unfortunately lowers the power I'm assuming) but the new gas tanks---- don't like 'em at all.

Re: Dream Ride
Cross-over pipe is still there...look very closely. BTW - with the correct exhaust event timing, removal of the crossove pipe does not harm power. I cut mine off years ago, and am still well over 90HP.kurt wrote:Cool! I'm not sure that I like the new Sportsters (been looking at some at work....) Thanks to those who mentioned the classics! As for my dream muscle car, it would have to be a Roadrunner. ...It's funny to hear people nowadays saying, "Yeah, Nissan's new Z is awesome! It has 280 HP!!!!!" Back in the hay-day of the late 60's, the standard was 300+ and they went for about 2,500-3,000 bucks!
