Mine will vary from burger to burger, but some of my favorite toppings are Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce, pickles, chedder cheese, onions (lightly breaded and fried), and giardinara pepper blend.

marinade: beer and Dale's Sauce

while grilling it: lots of Dale's Sauce, Worcestchire Sauce (sp?) and Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning :) like mine "well done" so cook on low-heat until you've smoked about 5 cigarettes or consumed 2 1/2 beers while continually spraying with a water bottle or dousing in additional "marinades"

while consuming it: lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, ketchup, mustard, Miracle Whip (I know... not "real" mayo), sometimes a hint of onion, on a toasted bun

For something really fun when frying the burger take a little bourbon and put it in the middle of the burger. Gives it a really good flavor. The stronger bourbons seems to work best.

Not a fan of Brie? I've used a sweet brie cheese before and made a fantastic burger!
