And what exactly does not being a "parrothead" have to do with anything? Parrothead and "Jimmy Buffett fan" aren't mutually exclusive. If you think they are then you must not be aware of the time when that term didn't even exist. I think it's a wonder that killers like Mark David Chapman are even eligible for parole. Manson too for that matter.

You can't deny murders parole unless that was part of their sentenace because the law has to be just and uniform (not saying that in all cases it is mind you). Well growing up in the South almost everyone I know has at least 3 names. I sometimes wonder if at the beginning of reporting about the killers the media uses all three names so as to not confuse the public with someone else that may have the same first and last names.
